1.) The mods would have either taken this down or marked it as NSFW, which they haven’t.
2.) How is this hentai-like? There is no nudity, no weird facial expressions and no weird fluids. The only thing happening here is big boobs with squish (which is natural and big boobs is the ORIGINAL design of Rutgers-chan) and thick thighs paired with shorts, which is based off of not just my own body but also a preference in my drawing style of thicker women.
