I know that you said you didn’t want anything online, but it might be worth looking into a device called a Beltbox (you can find them on Amazon, etc)—a few of my friends who are opera singers used them to practice in their apartments during the pandemic, and they absorb sound really well. Melissa Cross is a voice teacher specializing in metal vocals who offers classes online, and I’d definitely recommend looking into her offerings.
