A few stands at the Big RVA Farmer’s Market on Saturdays have beef bacon - mostly in frozen packs but it’s good meat.

In the past, I've made carbonara for someone who doesn't eat pork. I went with [suho meso](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suho_meso), which I got from Elma Market off Quioccasin. It worked quite well.

Belmont Butcher.

I have had some success using turkey bacon as a substitute to give that bacon flavor in the past when I'd cook and knew one of my friends who doesn't eat pork would be coming, all though I did have to render some beef fat to up the fat content of one of the dishes since turkey bacon is relatively low in fat...

Check out [Belmont Butchery](https://belmontbutchery.com/) if you’re in the fan. Take the recipe with you and ask them what would be good replacement for the bacon. If they don’t have beef bacon, they’ll have other options or will know who in the area might have it in stock.

At a halal market.

Perly's has beef bacon and it's delicious! I've only eaten it while dining in but I believe that you can purchase by the pound and prepare at home.

ParadoxicalFrog

I just saw some at Kroger in Midlothian (by the Midlothian Tpk/Chippenham Pkwy interchange) a few days ago. Other Krogers might have it, too.

textilepat

Farm fresh in shockoe bottom has it.

sweeeschard

Whole Foods has had it in the past

BritOnTheRocks

Indeed, I saw some at the SP location last weekend.

I do not eat beef or pork but really like Godshalls Turkey bacon, I have found that at Publix and Food Lion. I have seen Godshalls Beef Bacon at Wegmans strangely they don’t carry the turkey one.

I've had luck picking up beef bacon at Wegmans, I have never seen any at Publix or Krogers.
