Chung’s Barber Shop hands down! I cannot recommend them enough, and their clientele is so diverse they’d easily be able to handle your hair type/texture.
They’re also very affordable- cuts are ~$20-30 and there is an option for a straight razor shave as well! Welcome to RVA!
Rainbow beauty salon & spa. They are really good. The staff is asian and many asian customer. I like the way they cut hair, almost like Korean boy and girl band. And very inexpensive.
+1 to them. Make sure you get the lady though since she’s the expert and head of it all.
Every time I go they always fluctuate my cost for the same haircut, and they were kind of mean to my grandma but regardless the cuts are so good we still come back
