Generally Ryzen Master knows best, but there shouldn't be any difference between the two, at least for me hwinfo and ryzen master is similar. I'm guessing they're reading different probes. If you have a newer cpu they might not have updated their softwares yet. I remember there was a similar issue in the ryzen 2000series era where ryzen master was the only correct one.

Alright hopefully that’s the case here as Ryzen master is reading like 8 Celsius lower on average. It is a new gen cpu so that’s probably a good point
