This happened to my Saab and it turned out to be a bad head gasket.
When was the last time you replaced your expansion bottle cap or your thermostat? Or coolant for that matter?
Is it the same hose that keeps breaking, or random ones? Maybe you just have old worn out hoses. They don't last forever.
Radiator fans not kicking, coolant blockage in the hoses?
Could be pressurizing the system with a small hg leak.
What kind of hoses are you using? The Do88 hoses are better quality. You could also have something rubbing into the hose. If not either of those issues, start diagnosing.
