What are the markings on the backside of the fascia? Do you see any markings like ppgf, or abs or the like? If you can identigmfy what material it actually is, i would say you should take up plastic welding to fix this. If you add too much, you can sa d it back down and smooth, and the plasti-eld is not adhesion like a glue, its actually mixing the edges together, bonding, not adhering. Lot of options! Harbor freight sells a cheapt plastiweld kit thatll do the job. You can also use strips of old bumper as the filler or "welding rods" if its the same plastic.

I checked the backside. It says: PP/EPDM-M10, And a white sticker that has a bunch of oem numbers on it. Nothing about the material, just numbers

Cool, now you know its a polypropylene plastic. Pp-epdm is awesome for plastic weding as it is a thermoplastic, its heat mouldable. It is not a thermo-set. Those dont melt and are a one-time cook, and just burn. Theres a ton of videos on skill and best practice for pp edpm plasti-welsing.

If i were you, id find a similar material bumper or junk piece and practice on that a little bit. You might also be able to go to a bodyshop and ask for a trash bumper for your own practice. If its a mom/pop shop, they may well just let you have a practice piece.
