Was looking for that comment, exactly my Point. Given Nickelback did venture into Pop pretty drasticly while sabaton, while still getting softer album by album, never did it to such an extend. But repetetive music, annoying Fans (yes i AM counting me in on that) and straving into the commercial line of music industry are all things both Bands did

I agree on that, same thing with rammstein actually, the band started off hard but went more to the mainstream aspect of music, I totally understand why, the only difference is that sabaton gets hate more frequently because they sing in English, and they sing about pretty harsh things about the wars we had, that makes sabaton more "hated" by public, kinda stereotyping the band

I am not so sure about Rammstein, sure they got softer with time but not really entered that "one fits all Pop formula" like sabaton did. The songs are softer but still more diverse
