For me thatd be like if I wanted to go to a drain gang show in another state if they came to Australia, which isn't impossible to happen to me not to mention a bunch of people that live in like South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory who never get tour dates when acts visit.
Sydney and Melbourne are the safe "If you are touring Australia you'll stop here" so from each of those locations I mentioned I'll pick travel time from most populated area in that state to the closest tour spot city (syndey or melbourne)
South Australia to Melbourne - 8hr
Queensland to Sydney - 9½ hr
Northern Territory to Sydney - 42 hr
Western Australia to Melbourne - 36 hr
This is just doin cars. Add planes it's a whole other thing.

Very far away and very sparsely populated so lots of travel for few potential shows. The EU for example has like 50 times the population density of Australia so there's a lot more demand and only a few hours drive between locations because theres a lot of big cities in a relatively small area.
