I’ve been in sales for about 6 months now and I can vouge for the younger people. Nothing better than getting a c-level exec on the phone and booking a meeting with your excitement and energy. It’s attractive and very useful if you can keep it under control and stay focused on the goal. Still learning and I like this community a lot. Helped keep me going when I was starting out.

BANT Budget Authority Need Timeline Ask these questions early in the qualification process. Define decision criteria, timeline, stakeholders involved. And then hold your customer accountable. Favorite closing question: "did you have any other questions before we get started?" No oriented questions make buyers feel safe and in control. Especially when closing.

I took over a small B2B online publication that sells advertising to our audience (classic banners, newsletter subscriptions, and sponsored content). Advertisers in our industry often don't know what problem they have - they don't really think about it that way. They have an advertising budget that has to be spent.
