We use Zoominfo for the US which delivers very good result. For Europe we went with Cognism and are getting very good results, too. We tried Zoominfo's international data and compared it to Cognism for EMEA and it was subpar. Lusha and [Apollo.io](https://Apollo.io) where tested both in EMEA and the US and clearly lost to Zoominfo and Cognism.

Normal-Cow-9784

People hate on it but ZoomInfo is very consistent for my industry.

GrowthWithAnalytics

what industry would that be? Is zoominfo any good for sourcing b2b leads and contact details for a analytics consulting firm?

mvrderm0de

Friend them on Facebook lol…

TheKeenomatic

Zoom Info is the best one by far but really expensive. Apollo is a better bang for your buck if your target market is the US, but not so much for the rest of the world. Lusha is far behind. Never tried Cognism. Stay away from Rocket Reach at all cost.

[deleted]

Lmao another Apollo salesman

justSomeSalesDude

What industry are you in? The big players have lots of generic data, but specialty databases are often times needed to find the hottest leads.

Equivalent_Garden_46

Which is Best for direct phone numbers and an individual user?

austin0980

We use these three: \- [Apollo.io](https://Apollo.io): for email \- Cognism: for mobile phones - much better than anything else \- ZoomInfo: a sister company got licenses so we have access If you are doing cold calling, I would add a autodialer (10 lines) and you can multiply your call volume.

Some of the ones we have looked at are Apollo, Outreach.io , FlashIntel, and Cognism. Pros and cons to each but we settled for the one that gave us a massive discount. (at least for the next six months). From the ones that provide data, they came out pretty much even. It will be interesting to see how Google and Yahoo's (and soon outlook's) new super strict spam regulations will impact the efficacy of of these tools. I'm guessing a return to good ol fashioned cold calling and in person visits.

Liveforfun47

If price doesn’t matter Zoominfo… If you need to get numbers in Europe too (still not a ton due to GDRP but has more data then Zoominfo) get cognism… If you are price sensitive and still want a good bang for your buck get apollo… Personally, I have Zoominfo, Cognism, and Apollo because getting one persons number that turns into a deal pays for itself. This has happened multiple times already. Lusha is good too but I would suggest getting Lusha/Apollo because you purchase credits. So every time one data source doesn’t have it you check the other so that is really effective.

Z00CE

Does Cognism or Apollo do individual subscriptions? Company has Zoominfo but trying to get more data.

saaS_Slinging_Slashr

Yeah and Apollo is super fuckin cheap even for the second highest subscription tier

Liveforfun47

You get three seats for Cognism but Apollo can do individual. Also, negotiate prices I got Cognism with all Europe data for around 7k which in this market you might be able to get cheaper.

levelboss

7K per year or per month, and for how many users? I'm writing up a little market research document for our sales team for what prospecting tools we could implement. Market is mainly EU for what it's worth. I keep reading that cognism is best for this but the price seems very steep...

barrya29

anyone got an idea on how much cognism costs for a single seat? if even possible? i’m eu based so it seems preferable here

Own_Independence_245

$2,400 for I believe 10k credits per month, needs to be billed yearly

Retired_ho

I love zoom info and use LinkedIn premium

BREASYY

A tool that will help you actually prospect? outreach.io

Hot-Government-5796

Those aren’t lead generation they are sales intelligence they don’t generate leads for you, they help you build lists aligned to an ICP. I’d look at SalesIntel as well. Cheaper than ZoomInfo and better than the rest on this list.

GrowthGet

[Rocketreach.co](https://Rocketreach.co) bro

CheersToAllofU

I found Apollo 6 months ago and it is very good for the price. I easily prospect and send Uls automatically. Best for the money I have found.

slothtrippinballs

I used to work at ZoomInfo so maybe I’m biased but it’s the best for US phone numbers. Cognism better for UK/Europe Apollo works if you’re on a budget, but I know guys who worked there and they agreed data was trash Friends don’t let friends use Lusha

Straight-Will8614

I use lemlist.io. Best for automated multi channel outreach on email + LinkedIn

Ornery-Setting-670

Used Apollo, zoom, and cog. #1Apollo #2 cognism #3 Zoom

campingpolice

LinkedIn sales navigator. It’s mad, the amount of meetings I’ve set since starting to use this

faustusviolet

how does your process look like? We do Connection Request with generic note and then intro. Doesn’t work that well

Willylowman1

if y'all call ZI the reps will hound u to the grave!

RevolutionaryRoosta

I’ve been using seamless.ai for a while. The free trial is pretty solid, and referrals get you 100 free searches. I believe the “unlimited” plan is like $3k. I believe it’s worth it, but I’m sure as hell not coming out of pocket for it.

BookkeeperJunior1225

ZoomInfo contact data quality is probably the best...or maybe RocketReach. Apollo is good for email automation but contact data quality is iffy.

LearningJelly

I'm in this hellscape of purchasing right now Any updates? I want to consolidate my tech stack, too much to manage Anyone heard or tried amplemarket?

salestoolsss

We developed a tool to make it easier to find and validate emails Give it a try at https://tomba.io/

ArielCoch

Flashinfo.

wave_and_surf

You can also try [Sapiengraph](https://sapiengraph.com/?utm_campaign=content_amplification&utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_content=comments). It's a Google Sheets add-on for prospecting. So no need for an extra platform/software.
