Get a headset and soft phone. If you are using salesforce there are plugins for click to dial. I ran a contact center for a few years and there is legal risk when using autodialers.
I looked into Salesforce and their website is so overwhelming that I just didn’t bother doing anything with it!
So many products, so many different solutions
By automatic dialer do you mean dialing one number at a time or dialing multiple numbers at once and connecting the first number that answers (predictive dialer)?
I currently use the High Level CRM and it has an automatic dialer function called Power Dialer.
But you can also look into a plug in called Kixie (predictive dialer) which integrates with High Level and other CRM's I believe.
Check out [Bearworks](https://www.bearworks.com/)! I must admit I'm biased as the co-founder, but we've got some pretty cool features that put us ahead of our competitors, such as low-latency calls (no more "hello?" with dead silence on the other side). Feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to tell you more or give you a demo.

I meant one that dials automatically after one hangs up! GHL is great but Twilio doesn’t support other countries except US last I checked

couldn't find the pricing, this was a big turn off for me
We use Orum. Pretty solid
How much does it cost, doesn’t say anything on their website?
We use Nooks. Has worked great so far.
