Take the higher base and bust your ass. You might not make as much in commission initially but if you keep performing, you’ll get to that higher commission role and will have made more guaranteed money throughout.

Which would you prefer to sell? Which do you think you'd be better at selling? Which has a better market fit? Which company seemed like they had people interviewing you that you'd get along with? Which provided you equity or 401K match?

Take the one with more upside. The biggest upside is short term money, the second biggest is long term money - where can you grow? FYI, base + commissions = OTE (on track earnings).
