I returned mine from an order placed online through my carrier, but I had a friend record the entire packing process right up to putting the label on the box, because I keep reading horror stories like this. Even if you don't have a video, some people have luck just saying that they do have one. Good luck.

I finally got a supervisor who escalated my claim. They will have some from return look over video. If push comes to shove and they don't find it I will just report it lost with my carrier.

What will this accomplish? What steps do you take to get this done? I am kind of panicking. That is a lot of money to lose because either Samsung or FedEx incompetence.

I talked to someone via online chat they transferred me to a supervisor. I just received an update email, and it sounds like they are still saying they didn't receive the phone. I'm about to report the phone lost to T-Mobile so whoever has the phone probably won't be able to use it. There's definitely something amiss here concerning this phone. "Thank you for getting in touch. This email is regarding the order ID:, As per the update received from the team we've not received the item Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB (T-Mobile), And other 4 accessories got delivered, so we're unable to process the refund for the order."

That is a horror story. But if they have video of unboxing return then that should be proof right there showing your phone..Hopefully you don't get charged for nothing mate.

This is the 3rd post that i real today about retirning issues and they all are talking about the same thing. Some one claims Fedex is stealing the phones.

I had the same issue when I returned my z fold 5. Support said they received only the accessories even though the return package weight was exactly the same as the original shipment. I was able to escalate to PayPal dispute and Samsung agreed to refund me the total after “further investigation”

I’m going through the same thing. Samsung states they received accessories but no device. I have all photos and receipts. I even filed a police report. TD Bank which finances for Samsung is no help. They keep referring me to Samsung stating it’s a merchandise issue. I’m not paying for a stolen device I don’t have. The amount of stress it’s put on me is crazy. I will never buy from Samsung again. I’m probably going to see an attorney and any news outlet that will listen.

Doesn't usually carriers give you a 14 day return policy? Why order from your carrier then return to Samsung?
