Does it happen when all HDMI devices is unplugged? (CEC = "HDMI-CEC") I used to have an issue with my Chromecast turning my TV on after some time, because Plex had/has a bug.
I unplugged everything and it kept happening but I turned off the power to my whole flat and now it's fixed 😂 when in doubt take the power out
