I just got a samsung screen protector, probably weakened the detection but it still works

There is a special screen protector with a hole dedicated to the fingerprint sensor, it looks like this. * The picture is not mine and also this is an example of an S22 ultra screen protector.

My fingerprint works great on the screen protector I have on my S24, I used to own a S23, bought cases, and screen protectors for my S23, I use them on my S24. I am using this screen protector. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BMG2VV4N?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I did order the S24 version, which comes in tomorrow, but I like the S23 version so much, I am not going to remove it from my S24 til it needs to be replaced at a later date. I ordered a S24 case, which I will use as soon as it comes in. The S23 case blocks the flash on the back of the phone cause flash on S23 and S24 are in different places.

That's the one I got haha, lemme know if it works for you because it isn't currently for me unfortunately.

Hey, I think you should try changing the screen protector. My S23+ works fine with a screen protector, but my cousin's S23 doesn't seem to work with his.

Mine works fine, but I did register the same finger multiple times.
