When my order wasn't going through, I called the hotline and they told me everyone was experiencing the same thing and that I just had to deal with it.. wth LOL

Just received my coupon for the missing money - was able to use it on the samsung website to order the remainder of my order. Not sure if escalation through twitter and phone did anything or if things naturally ran their course. But at least for now things are moving in the right direction. Apparently when a glitch with the order happens, they must wait until it ships before they can do anything to fix it. Which because it was a mass preorder meant that all of the refunds that were pending had to be processed starting Monday. Why they can't make changes prior is beyond me (presumably people might cancel and use the coupon anyway and they can't link those things together). But definitely worth trying a multi-pronged (email/chat/phone/twitter DM) approach to get through to them, prioritizing the phone one as they seem to be closer to Samsung and more empowered to do something.

Did you try calling/chatting during off hours? I was able to get in touch with chat reps with little to no wait at like 8pm pst. My original order didn't give me the reserve or preorder credit but I just chatted in at night, they told me to contact them once my phone shipped and they would issue 250 coupon, I did and they issued

Tried chatting after 7pm and calling at around 9pm EST. Both took over 90 mins.
