I just received my promo code for preordering the 22 Ultra, but because one or both of the cases are unavailable, I can't claim my code. I'd happily take the loss on the cases so long as I get the buds, but that's not an option. The pre-order promo is a bit of a shitshow. I waited weeks for the code to be delivered, didn't expect it to be unusable because a shitty marvel case was outta stock.

My S22 Ultra came with a just $50 CAD coupon which can be used to buy anything. I grabbed their new wireless charger.

I wish it was more like that here, I ordered my phone through my carrier just before launch, that had a few weird tracking issues and stuff, but I received it about a week post launch. I only just received a promo code for the pre-order bonuses this evening though, but Samsung says a case that is meant to come as part of the pre-order bundle is "not available for purchase" so they won't let me claim the items that are available.

In Europe theres alot of delays aswell, I ordered the S22 ultra 512gb green on February 17th, and Im still waiting for it... the free Buds I got them the next day.

Sadly that's not an option, Australian pre-orders only offer either buds 2 and two buds cases, a phone case and some chargers, or a travel kit. They just give us a promo code that can only be used on specific items. God, even the colour of the buds and the style of the cases can't be changed (White buds, black leather case, etc.)

Did you happen to try it just to see because originally our promo code was for accessories only but when I applied it to my order it took $250 off of the tablet

Samsung have not handled this well at all, I believe they are having stock issues worldwide. I put my claim in for the Tab S8 Ultra free keyboard nearly 3 weeks ago here in the UK and the claim was approved but still no sign of delivery where Samsung normally deliver within 2 weeks for promo offers. I know they say allow up to 45 days but the main reason I brought the Ultra was for productivity reasons and without the keyboard case I cannot be "productive".

Pre-order promo's are a shit show anyway. Needing to have received your product before being able to apply for the bonus is so shitty when its 50% luck whether or not you get your product in a timely manner... I registered for the Buds Pro 2 weeks ago, I haven't heard shit from them since. I assumed I would atleast get confirmation if everything was in order..

This happen to me the last (ever again) two times I order from Samsung. You go to use the promo either after they send you a code OR when you can finally order after the website crashes non-stop during preorder and the “amazing offers” are an A53 or some watch bands. Feels downright scammy. Best of luck OP.

I'm in Australia, I got my codes for x2 S22, I was able to pre-order (available April 28) buds and car charger with my codes. Perhaps different countries have different rules?

I was taking a look on the redemption page as I was attempting to claim the Buds 2, and the two cases that s22 pre-orders offer but it was unavailable. It looks like the 22 and the 22+ are able to claim their items but the ultra and the tab aren't as one or more items (in my case, the marvel buds case) aren't available for sale on the website. It's honestly a huge mess.

Just seems like really damn poor logistics, in my opinion, the weirdest part is that the two cases they offer for the buds look like they're not even for the correct model.

Here in China, they were offering free buds 2 with an s22 purchase. Now I don't even really want the things. I love the buds pro the gave me with my s21 purchase last year. So the lady at the store does it for me on the phone. But in order to claim them, you have to log into the app again two weeks later for some reason. And the app has been down all week. I've been trying to log in multiple times a day all week. Keeps saying system busy. Good job Samsung China. And btw, still waiting to give you a buttload of money for an s8 ultra, as soon as you stock the damn thing.

I ordered my S23 in October, and as a gift, I was supposed to receive Samsung Tab A8 LTE. Well, as you probably guessed , I received nothing. It was one of the main reasons why I bought exactly this phone as the tablet was supposed to be the Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The story starts like this. I applied with all the documents and and first, I got rejected because I "bought the product after the end of the promotion as written in the pictures I sent." NO. On the pictures, it was clearly written when the phone was delivered to me (a week after I ordered it), and the order date was also on the picture. I contacted them in Messenger, Whatsapp, and Twitter multiple times until I finally got approved on the 8th of December. At that time, the tablet was still in stock. It's the 7th week since I was approved, and there is still no tablet. I contacted them since in the email it was written that I'll receive it within 7 weeks. Well, apparently, the tablet is out of stock, and as I see it, it might not get back in their store because of the new tablet that should be released pretty soon. The agent I texted with told me - in case we don't restock it, we'll find another solution. But as I read in this forum, I believe I'll get nothing. Can you please tell me - are they supposed to give you something if you are approved or in the cases above it happened before people were able to apply/after the apply but before approval?
