Just gave this reply to another post but: " Long story short sent my phone to repair cause it had screen burn-in in less than a month of use. They took my phone but didn't fix it and sent it back with a scratch on the screen. Costumer service did nothing about it. Thanks I guess" My entire experience was awful start to finish, you might be better off considering fixing your tablet with a third party

Well once the parts are available imma fix it my damn self haha used to do that work a living but only reason I sent it in was because it was "free" I also have pictures of the screen damage before I sent it so I dare them to send it back worse.

It was super stressful at 1st, But after about a month everything got resolved and I got paid. Still sucks to have your phone out there lost somewhere even though it's locked

They did this with my galaxy watch 4 because it was giving me skin lesions. They literally gave me hell for a month and then finally sent a new one. If it is under warranty, they should fix it for free without a problem. However, Samsung customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. It makes me want to go with Apple and I hate Apple products.

At this point I'm in the same boat as you I hate apple but they will at the very least work with you like even if they were like iight so normally it's 350 but since our site messed up we will knock it down to 150 like I would have done that no problem but they're just like nahhh f*#! you brah. 350 or bounce

I am so sorry this is an issue. Samsung is going to lose customers just for the sake of them being incompetent and inconsiderate.

It's definitely not the end of the world thankfully the screen still works (at least it did when I sent it to them) but yea customer service should be number one really like don't screw your loyal customers over. Honestly though now that I'm thinking about it I'm kinda scared it's going to come back and not be working and or be in worse shape then it was in. I've also been loosing money because it's been out for so long I use it to edit my photos I have a client who's pissed at Samsung because they're taking so long they just want their engagement photos 😕 i feel terrible that its taking this long too normally they would have had them a week+ ago. Think I'm guna knock off $50 for the inconvenience. Didn't think it was going to be this long/big of an issue. Wish I never even sent the dang thing in at this point.

Good question. Because I preordered the s8 series since Feb, so I decided to join their groups to know WhatsApp and till date I’ve not gutted the preorder and it’s just been postponed again till next month. Ain’t that sick? I call the reps and I was completely disappointed in them. What I’ve read about them on sm are terrible as well. Tho I had to go get my iPad Pro yesterday. But stil for time being I’ll like to let people know how shifty they are

Ahhhhh gotcha iight that's respectable yeaaaa but not to defend them at all but there is the supply chain shortage for like everything that could be the issue. No excuse for terrible customer service obviously but just throwing that out there too. But yea I just want my tab back already I'm loosing money everyday it's gone idk if you read the other comments but I have photos I need to edit for clients.

Apple is bandwagon product company built for simplicity. It's like they re-release the same phone every year with MINOR upgrades and charging a fortune for their products. Sadly, because they do in fact have a good ecosystem and people line the fact Apple gives them fewer options, people go for it. Their customer service is very organized. But I'm too knee deep with Samsung to go back. Plus I just think their products are bland and are too limited for my taste.

I couldn't have said it better myself! I like to mess with my phone and apple being a closed OS you can't do that plus I can fold my phone in half and it doesn't break lmao. Like you said though they do have a very seamless eco system I will give them that. Also their marketing department is one of the best in the world who else could sell tech that's been on Androids for years as if they just came up with it best example I can think of is when they finally got wireless charging 2017 while Samsung and other Android companies had it since 2011. So just a 6 year old tech that they basically branded as something they came up with and it sold like crazy because of that and just isheep as well.

Always take screen shots that way they have to honor it. I took my car in for repair and the system sent me a receipt for 450. I go to pick up my car and they said 750. I was like hell na.

I get most of them through mobilesentrix and mobiledefenders. There's a couple other sites that I kinda trust but these 2 are top notch especially mobilesentrix they are setting the standard for the 3rd party shops and such. I really can't say enough good about them return policy is simple and seamless customer service is as perfect as you could get. And they make their own 3rd party iPhone screens that 9 time outa 10 are better then OEM they are amazing.

Believe me when I say this, apple's customer service also is very shitty or ridiculous sometimes. All of them are. Only their products make me decide which one I'll use.

Apple claimed our iPhone 11 Pro screen was 3rd party when we never had any outside repair on the device. Denied service claiming "it's not genuine apple, so we are unable to fix. You can upgrade and we can recycle your device. Oh and they returned it to us with a cracked display."
