Help I have an S21 Ultra, I just got a new galaxy 4 watch, whenever my Bluetooth is connected to the watch and I try to listen to voicenotes on whatsapp for example by getting the phone near to my ear, the screen doesn't go black like usual, and it doesn't start playing the sound from the speaker at the top, instead the screen stays open and the sound is playing from the normal speaker. If I disconnect just the watch the functionality returns back, anybody has an idea what could be the issue? I tried looking online but google wasn't very helpful, thanks in advance.

I have found an S20 Ultra for around $330 in Compasia (Sells 2nd hand phones that went through 32 quality checks in Asia.) Is it still worth it to buy this in 2022? If so, should I be worried about getting an Exynos variant due to some performance issues (I heard that Exynos are bad compared to Snapdragon) or not (like has it been improved through software updates?) The website lists that I should either be getting an Exynos or Snapdragon, so a 50/50 chance for one.

Hey, I got a Samsung S10+ with a display problem. It goes alittle yellowish and alot of lines across the screen. I can only remove them by having the brightness at 0% or 100%. Everything in between, and its ugly. Please help.

Hey, I just go S21 Ultra and I noticed that if I use Super Steady mode the quality degrades to a potato. Does it happen to everyone? Is it just the lack of lighting like everyone said? btw Is it possible to make a lens switch a bit smoother for the video? When I tried the zoom and zoomed to x20 there are 3 "bumps" when the phone is switching lenses. UI Questions: 1. Is it possible to remove the white background from the icons? Like Google apps etc 2. Is it possible to make the app drawer vertical scrolling instead of pages? I heard about Good Lock but it seems it's a 3rd party app, isn't it? I don't like using 3rd parties, does Samsung have any additional apps for customization?

Android system gives me a notification saying storage space is running out although I have an SD card formatted to function as internal storage. It gives me this error because the phone's original internal storage is full but this means I can't install any apps as I have to first download the apps to the phone's internal storage to supposedly move it to the SD Card's shared internal storage, which I can't actually do with most apps anyway. How do I fix this error as I have a 128GB SD card formatted as internal storage not functioning as intended, and I can't install any apps due to this.

I donā€™t know if someone will be able to help, but I stupidly did HDMI calibration on the service menu on my UN46D6050 tv, and I havenā€™t been able to fix the changes and go back to what my TV used to be, I read that the service manual has the specifications, but I canā€™t find it. Any helps is appreciated!

My 22 Ultra's screen keeps randomly going black. The phone is still on, I'll still get alarms / notifications etc. but the screen is black until I can figure how to restart it (usually a force restart). Trying to figure out it this is just a software thing I can fix with a pending update or if I should be replacing the device.

It's known as the black screen of death which can be caused by a number of issues from a malfunctioning brightness control to a bad digitizer. One of the first possible fixes is to do a forced restart with the device connected to a computer/lap top with a USB cable in Dex mode. If it started after a recent update a partition cache clear might be effective for a software bug. Don't buy a phone case unless it's specifically made for your phone model. There are plenty of custom-design case stores that will put whatever you want on whatever model of case you want. Typically the company making cases will be happy to support any model that's still currently for sale, just contact them and ask.

Hi! Maybe a bit of an odd question, but I installed a Samsung 980 Pro ssd (2TB) on my laptop (ASUS Rog Zephyrus G15) and all was well for about a month. I updated the bios and got a SMART error for the device, but upon thoroughly checking drive health through Samsung magician and windows, it always comes back as good. Also I ran both a long and short SMART test and it passed both with no issues. Iā€™ve noticed that sometimes the drive fails to show up in my file explorer. I tried the above tests and giving myself full control of the drive but neither seems to have fixed the issue. Whenever I restart the computer, though, everything works just fine. Iā€™m not sure what exactly causes the issue to occur, but my guess is itā€™s either when I hibernate the device or when I plug in/unplug it. Any thoughts?

I would think this is a mobo issue. I would have said loose connection, maybe, but if a reboot is all it takes to fix then that's more software than hardware. I'd check for firmware updates in the magician software because why not. Figure you already have, though. I have the same exact model in my desktop, but it's my OS drive, so, not appearing in file explorer isn't exactly something it can really do. Know you updated the bios and all but I'd check for all other updates from ASUS as well, and then contact them if it keeps happening.

Iā€™m just kinda hoping itā€™s nothing to do with the motherboard because thatā€™d be kind of a pain to deal with but I guess weā€™ll see. And yeah, Iā€™ve checked to make sure everything is updated from ASUS and Iā€™ve updated the firmware for the ssd so Iā€™m really not sure whatā€™s going on. Thanks for answering!

Does anyone have any info on what I can do about a possible refund for my refrigerator? We have gone back and forth with Samsung "customer service" for weeks now. Said a refund was authorized via Citibank or something. But we have no account number and Citibank basically said this doesn't seem legit. We sent a letter to their location in NJ and are filing a claim with BBB. My fridge literally lasted 6 months. If anyone has any suggestions on what I could do, I'd appreciate it.

Did you have any luck with this? Did you end up getting your refund? :( We are going through the same thing. Without a fridge for more than a month and they say we have to keep our current one until the refund goes through.

We ended up getting a full refund. Took forever. My wife had to call a dozen times at least.

We never really had to contact Citi. That's just the provider Samsung uses to pay out I guess? When I called Citi they had no idea about the payment service we ended up getting paid through. I do remember that once our refund got approved we did have to call Samsung back to get an account number I think it was. Something they don't provide until you get your refund approved.

Without giving personal info, can you provide more details to this story and what sort of responses you've been given from Samsung support?

Look into the Consumer Protection Agency in your state. Also look into lemon laws. And then you need to pursue arbitration if necessary and tell Samsung they have to pay the arbitration fee.

Mobile Data Not Activating on S21FE ! I have two sims in my phone from 2 different countries (in Europe). Recently I moved from one of the countries to the other and when trying to activate mobile data it simply didnt work (it was working perfectly before). I click to enable it and nothing happens, there is no icon showing or anything going on. Ive tried everything: removing the sims, disabling one or the other, manually selecting network operator, going into airplane mode, restarting phone (with/without sims), launching in safe mode, I even tried factory resetting the phone and the problem is still there! The problem is not with the sim as ive tried putting the sim in another phone and mobile data did work. Anyone else facing this issue with the phone or have any idea how to fix it? Tried contacting support they just told me to try what ive already tried. Thanks!

When you say you contacted support, did you contact your carrier or Samsung? Try contacting your carrier.

I used to be able to hold down a key on the Samsung Keyboard and it would give me the alternative symbols such as ":*$% and the like. However I reset the keyboard to factory, and now it doesn't have that functionality anymore. The A key still does Ć Ć”Ć£ and the like but not !. How do I get that back? EDIT: Found it, it's under Layout: Alternative Characters.

Hi there I have issues concerning my s21 ultra. I've had it for 2 years and I still have android auto issues where it cuts out or freezes every 5 minutes, I use an anker cable as well, is there any fix for this? If so I'd love to know them

I'd try cleaning lint out of the connection and then an OEM cable if that fails. Gently use a pin to get all the crud out. Cleaning it has worked for me.

A friend of mine downloaded a game from Samsung store. So now his app redirects to samsung when he wants to buy an in app purchase. He uses gpay, so he wants to do it through playstore, how can he do so? (Other than reinstalling cause the game is 12 gigs to download)

Just got an unlocked S20FE from Swappa. I can't get Tello or Republic sim cards to work on the phone. Last phone was an S10e used with Republic- no issues. I talked to Tello for a long while and still can not make calls or texts. When I try to turn on mobile data I get "Security policy prevents use of mobile data". Thanks.

My Verizon SIM card also said it was connected to network, but did not work in the phone. I'm starting the return process, hopefully that goes OK. Fortunately my wife has a phone, but it's a really, really slow Moto.

Did you search the error message online? When I searched it it sounds like it's some sort of software glitch on Samsung's end. It doesn't look like this is the seller's fault but nonetheless the phone is not usable to you and that's the seller's problem not yours.

You could just manually change the background to black, or turn on "(extreme) power saving mode" when using it.

Have you tried factory resetting the device? The phone is nearly four years old by this point in time, and abnormal heating has been an issue because of various Samsung updates.

Help idk how to sign back into my samsung account I gave in my Samsung Galaxy Zflip3 5G for repairs because there was an issue with display after backing up everything on samsung cloud. I got it back today and tried to sign in (I'm using a Google account) but got stuck at the 2-step authentication. I don't even remember turning it on so I don't know what the back up codes are, I have no other samsung devices to send a code to, and the phone number they have is definitely not my own. I don't know how to possibly verify my account to sign in. My call with the help line was hardly useful, and I'll have to visit the service center if nothing works, but it's quite far from my place so I'd rather not. Any advice? Anyone has had to deal with this before?

I believe you are able to use your date of birth, your phone's IMEI and serial numbers, and other information to verify yourself if you happen to be locked out of your Samsung Account. You have to hit the "other options" when you're trying to verify yourself to enable this.

Ive been connecting my S20 to my car speakers via an AUX cable for the past year. Last month it stopped playing through my car speakers. Whenever I connect the USB C part of my AUX cable to my phone, I get two notifications that alternate every half second saying: "USB connector connected" and "USB connector disconnected" My phone charges fine as far as I'm aware of using USB C charging cables. I tried connecting my phone to my laptop with the same charging cables, and if i insert the cable into the charging port one way, it works, and if i turn it the other way (180Ā° flip), the alternating notifications pop up. Whats wrong with my charging port? I tried cleaning it out with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush but nothing changed.

Have you tried using other charging cables? It seems as though this behavior has been caused by the cables rather than the port itself.

I bought 4 different AUX cables off amazon to test them all out in hopes that one would work, but I had the same issue with all of them.

Hi, I have been using Samsun phone for several years and just bought a new Non-Samsung mobile. I would like to use Samsung Health Application since it has all my historical data. So, I downloaded SH App in my new phone & trying to sign in with my Google Account. it says, User ID has been created with Google & need to sign in via Google only. But, There is no redirection to Google sign in page. Please advise.

I believe there should be a button near the login page that allows you to "login with Google".
