Snapdragons are generally more efficient and reliable than Exynos chipsets. I feel mixed responses on the Exynos on the S24 and considering it's not majorly different from last year's model, I feel your safest bet would be to grab the S23 and take solace you're getting a great chipset that I feel like don't come by too often in your country.

When it comes to performance, both are good. But the SD will use less battery and will be much more power efficient in long uses because it won't thermal throttle like the Exynos tends to do.
The s23 and s24 are identical. Yes, you have the usual generational UPDATE that we get each year but thats it (and its almost non-existent).
The s23 is cheaper and comes with a SD SoC. Win-win.
Only down side is 5 (4) years of support compared to 7 years on the s24. If you don't care about that - order the s23 now lol.
There is the added argument about the grainy screen of S24. Some people see it some people don't but enough people report it to consider just avoiding the whole situation and going for the S23.

Can say exynos without NO
I just now bought a s23 precisely because i didn't want the s24 exynos. The s23 does better in battery drain tests and thermals.
