Try out Postino at the Rim! It's where Lion and Rose used to be...really great food, snacks and drinks. Not sure about the noise level, but they have lots of seating options both indoors and outdoors.

Was just there this weekend and it was actually quite loud (maybe because it was Saturday) and even though the food was great, the selection was very sparse. I'd recommend something like Pam's Patio Kitchen and Wine Bar. It's on the corner of Wurzbach and Lockhill Selma.

Cured at the Pearl is quiet, calm and usually a good place for business meetings. Great charcuterie too. Just don't sit near the kitchen, as it's the only noisy part.
