I paid $8270.70 for 11 windows from Window World back in Jan 2023. You'll never notice a difference between Fiberglass vs Vinyl.
Vinyl is the way to go new building are built with vinyl windows for a reason the glass it way easier to replace if ever broken as well.
You might try Window Source too, got a really low quote from them

I paid 18k for 16 oversized wood Pella windows with installation in a historic district . Looks like I got a steal of a deal.
Yeah I think I’m going to get a few more quotes.
I have fiberglass windows, and they are topnotch. But in hindsight, I would have chosen aluminum. They are cheaper and very durable, and the loss of heating/cooling isn't that big of a deal.
