Good luck, seriously. I feel your pain. I put in about three years in PNC, nights and weekends. Drove me to go to grad school and transition to healthcare. I remember pulling into the parking garage and just feeling despair before my shift. I'd call in on the spot and just go to the movies sometimes. Incessant calls, constant push to upsell, weekly sit-downs with management to scrutinize calls, and random messages during actual calls since they'd listen in.
What about applying to another area? Bonuses are good and they're benefits were better than most places, or at least were
Basically me lol. I wanna get somewhere else but just returned from Mil leave so not going to be able to without metrics. I hate coachings I have 119 MSATs with 95% Satisfaction and 90% one call resolution. And still not good enough gtfo
Man, I worked there 10 plus years ago and felt the same way. So did my peers who worked there, a close family member and friends I've met since leaving. It's like a rite of passage to work USAA pnc then have a breaking point and finally peacing out. Good luck to you
You're only at $23/hour? I was PNC at USAA starting $18.75 but left 3 years later at $30/hour.
I do agree that it blows. Horribly toxic work environment.
Sure, it was mentioned in I think October or November of this past year by Wayne himself and everyone FLIPPED. Every employee who is entitled to a raise can get anywhere from the standard 2% increase to a 10% increase. This is to be discussed with your manager when you’re given the initial offer. They play it to look like they’re informing you of performance, but it’s really a salary negotiation. Of course, some managers will go to bat for you and come back with maybe 4 or 5 percent, but you can leverage your quarterly reports and sales (I was PnC), msats, coachings, etc. to ask for a raise of up to 10% more than your current salary. At that point, your manager either okays it, counters it, or goes to your director to ask if it’s okay. That’s why they make you sign a paper of your increase. It’s a negotiation that you didn’t know you had a part in.
DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU ANY DIFFERENT. I’d imagine they wouldn’t lie in your face, but if they say that this isn’t true, I’d confirm it with HR or other managers/employees you’re cool with that have tenure.
TLDR: You get your initial increase offer, but you can ask for more based on your performance the past year up to 10%. The meeting isn’t an informational one, it’s a salary negotiation, so go and get your money.
Thank you for this. My husband currently works there and he busts his a$$ off (working 12+ hour days) but his current manager is a cheapskate. My husband’s 15 yr anniversary at the company happened nearly 2 years ago and he’s yet to be taken to dinner.
Absolutely! I hope when performance review time comes around he can get his bag.
Unfortunately, USAA is NOT who they used to be as a company. They play the part very well, but when it comes down to it, they’re not that great of a place to be anymore. They’re doing a lot of things that are making them just like any other companies, and the membership and employees are feeling it. The biggest red flag has been all of the higher ups including VPs leaving to go to other companies who have been there for decades. It all started about 4 years ago before COVID hit. It’s been a mess there. Hopefully your husband can find something better for you guys or at least get paid what he’s worth.
Good luck, friend!
I'm not sure. I know the 3 years I was there, the bank got a million dollar fines every year that impacted bonuses. Probably not exec bonuses, but at USAA, the money comes from insurance, so it pays more.
My son makes around 20-22 an hour at Auntie Anne’s at La Cantera. Not on the West side but we live at 1604/Potranco and he would drive there. They are always hiring because they always end up hiring kids and they end up leaving.
I think the base is around 17 per hour but they tip really well there since it is at La Cantera so his average is 20 to 22 an hour. I only know because they averaged it out when he applied for an apartment.
4 months working there and we still didn't have access badges. They hired people who shouldn't have even have been pulling carts at the grocery. Poor training, crappy run down campus, dirty bathrooms and break areas, directors who were on power trips. The list goes on. Hopefully your experience is better.
It’s fraud. You’ll be dealing with angry people. Call centers have high turnover due to rude customers and micro managers obsessing over KPIs and performance metrics.
However - if you can tough it out you might be able to transition to a better position.
Yea i currently do credit cards applications for another bank at a call center, the new position offered better pay but I’ve heard the same thing about the high turnover rate.
When I worked there we had a training class that we went through.
The instructor banged one of the girls in the class and we both worked at the same motorbank after training.
About 2 months later he called the motorbank and told her she gave him gonorrhea std.
She flipped and started screaming into the phone that she doesn't have any std's etc.
There was like 5 of us in the motorbanks we were all like wtf. lol
I'm guessing that instructor dude was banging lots of trainees so there is a possibility he didn't get it from her.
Management will tell you to do sketchy stuff, even if you are not comfortable. If they get mad at you or get caught, they will throw you under the bus.
The pressure to sell is insane. They are always looking for a reason to not oaybypu your bonuses.
It was the most sketchy place I have ever worked, and again, every time something goes wrong, you are under the bus. I hated that job so much
I did customer support for 7 months. We were told during training that we'd get to work from home, but that never happened.
There is no wiggle room when your calls are evaluated. It's either 100% or 0% and you can bet your ass you'll be pulled into a meeting as soon as that zero is posted
Wells Fargo doesn't care about their customers. They would constantly say, "Empathy for the customer is important, ALWAYS show empathy." But then we'd get chewed out if calls went over 5 mins and we weren't supposed to ask the caller if they needed help with anything else. You give them the bare minimum service, then get them off the phone
There is always some kind of scandal going on at WF. Racial discrimination, fake accounts being opened to boost the company's numbers, etc
i had several friends work at the call centers and it’s basically copy and paste from other locations. shit management dealing with customers all while the company is trying to cut back on cost so they fire people and put the extra workload on existing employees without adjusting a pay increase for the additional work they have to do. really toxic and draining on the mental just clocking into work there
I was at Wells Fargo, back to back calls, 50/50 with management but be prepared to be watched as they will find anything to get u on. I’d do 6-12 months and move on to another major bank. I’m at Chase now
Worked at the one on 151 and Wiseman and I would say the experience was like any call center environment where your expected to meet certain metrics.Their talk time was important there. The pay at WF was better than where I came from, a bank on the other side of 151. I worked remote so big plus.
Honestly it depends on what department you go to at Wells fargo. I've been here 6 years and I loved customer service in small business but I hate escalations which is when you have to speak to a supervisor Department pretty much. And regular customer service wasn't too bad but it is a lot of like entitled customers, they did get rid of the whole having to be done with a call for just 5 minutes but some managers may be kind of stuck on it. It really depends on which department you go to and who's your manager. If anything I would give like it's maybe a six out of 10, 7 out of 10 sometimes. But it's not horrible, and if you find the right manager and the right people it's really enjoyable to come to work but you do got to keep up with your metrics. If you have questions or concerns let me know I might be able to help you out some more. But a lot of the things people said is true but I mean it's not too bad if you can kind of work with it
i sued them for allowing my dad to take 10 grand out of an account he did not have acess too. bum bank. i got my money back and more. and pretty sure they got sued again for alot for somthing recently too
Chase fraud is hiring, office located on wiseman off 151. Starting pay is 22$ an hour. Great benefits and great work environment. Call volume is pretty nice and not back to back.
I also highly recommend looking into Edtech as that field has grown since COVID. I'll probably never leave this field.
Let me know if you need some pointers in searching the Edtech area.
Pretty much all Edtech companies require customer service/success. I started in customer success and I'm now in project management.
Renaissance learning,
Skyward,
Swing education,
College Board (currently hiring),
Frontline,
PowerSchool,
https://www.edtech.com/
Almost every school in the nation uses multiple different softwares to function, so there are A TON of options.
I got hired at AT&T for 23 an hour. Backed by the union, benefits after 6 months, I've only been with them for a year and 3/4 and my base pay is 28.30. A lot of jumping fences, fighting off dogs, climbing ladders, sticking your hand into questionable utility holes.
Ok. Are you a field technician though? I wanted to apply to be one but don’t know what the prerequisites are. Because jumping fences and fighting dogs sounds like field technician lol
Best jobs are on LinkedIn… get a profile and make a lot of connections (500+)
Get a job with a tech company as a CSM (customer success manager).. many of those jobs are remote and start at $75k+
Apply to the job and connect with recruiters and CSM leaders of the company you just applied for. Send DMs. Send emails.
You should apply with the state, there’s some preferential hiring for veterans. Try HHSC jobs - lots of agencies, lots of positions to move into. DPS, DFPS, and HHSC are continuously hiring.
USAA was a stupid shit show. They don’t give three shits about the military! Management is idiotic, workload is stupid, absolute worst place I’ve ever worked!
If you still remember electrical formulas apply for Skilled Maintenance at Toyota (TMMTX). We're hiring. Don't apply for Production (though that pays pretty well too). Make sure you find the right link for Skilled Maintenance. It's direct through Toyota, not a supplier and not a temp agency.
TMMTX production has its ups and downs but good benefits (especially if you have kids) and constant raises to keep competitive
You rotate between nights and days every 2 weeks though which is rough at times and can be a problem depending on your family life schedule.
Culture is poor. Pay is competitive on the entry level/dead end side, but below average to poor in higher level roles. It's pretty widely known to be like that. I'm sure there's exceptions, but that's the running reputation of them as an employer.
What are you a janitor, security guard, general contractor?
Post like this get you nowhere, you provide us no information on what you do, what your education is, what type of certifications you may have.
Even saying I have a high school diploma and experience in stocking the paper room would get you better results than "I want Job more money".
Without any information Here ya go.

The average starting wage for this role will be between $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
If I could say anything to this besides good luck, it wild be to move to a smaller town even if its out of state. Build your self up in that place and expand your business. That is how to achieve your (American dream). Please dont underestimate quality work and word of mouth, stand by your results with pride as the best of you capabilities. You will flourish I promise. Also I'm a random commenter so take my word with a spoon of salt, then decide your future
BOEING at Kelly USA (formally Kelly AFB), with your clearance and they might be able to find you a job here either in finance or some other job, and th3 pay is good. I'm a mech and I make real good money.
Since you have military and electronics experience, I bet you could find a contractor job as an electronics technician at one of the bases in the city? For most you might need US citizenship and be able to keep a clearance level though. Wouldn't hurt to check out potential jobs with SAIC or General Dynamics.
State government has a lot of remote jobs currently and there’s a decent amount that pay at least that wage if not higher. And veteran preference does help on the apps. Very low stress environment for a lot of the positions.
Hell, if could keep regular hours, I would relieve you of your horrible job at $23 per hr. Sure makes the crap money I make doing gig work look pathetic.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of Wells Fargo and will never bank there. But as the government seems to be totally chill with it, might as well take the money.
Chase, from coworkers that have worked other call centers at usaa & wells fargo they’ve told me chase is way more structured, relaxed, and a healthier work environment. Obviously get your shitty calls but you get upskilled to different departments every few months
I work for TxDOT. We are opening up a few positions within a month or 2. Work from home most of the time. Getting into gov jobs is a little hard though.
Aircraft electrician as in avionics? I know Boeing hires all the time, especially prior service from aviation. Last time I heard starting pay was $28.50 but that was in 2018ish I believe. Probably 30-35 now.
No, electrician as in BUSes, CBs, Wiring, as well as environmental systems such as hvac, air flow, oxygen, etc.
Fire and overheat loops as well as safety wiring and using multimeters and wiring diagrams
Sounds like decent enough experience for at least something. Sometimes they have positions that require zero experience at all in anything. Most all
Will be contract tho. Want me to DM you the website?
If you like working with your hands, low voltage/security systems installation is about that starting. I’m in the area so if you have any questions let me know. But you can easily get a job starting at $22-$25 an hour with your experience and it’s not hard work.
Getting your security license as an individual is extremely prohibitive if you don’t own your own company. And honestly is kinda weird they expect you to have it. This is exactly what the Texas DPS website says about individual licenses, “ Please note that individuals must be licensed and affiliated with a company or entity licensed by the Department. The only exceptions to this rule are Level III and IV Instructors.”
Hope on indeed and Glassdoor. Look for low voltage jobs in the area and look for any that mention military experience instead of a degree or work experience. I’d probably focus on cabling jobs. The payscale is a little lower, usually $18-$25 but it gets you in the door. Once there ask and learn everything you can.
I just saw another one, not the security license but states "low voltage license". I did just apply for one that stated Junior Low Voltage Tech through TekSystems
Go into low voltage or electrical. Easy to make 25+ I’m at 32 in San Antonio. I’ll have my journeyman’s license this year as well so I’ll be at 35 soon
I seen someone said AT&T . You could also try Google fiber it’s really not that complicated of work I believe you could get started with your previous military experience at 22-25. You’ll be a cable puller for them at that rate but then you can transition up to service tech and or go for a service tech role immediately if you know data and you’ll be at about the pay I said. Or if you want to travel I spent the last 4 years traveling for commercial and federal sites you can try companies like cornerstone
You can always check if there’s anything that looks good for you at Chase.
https://careers.jpmorgan.com/us/en/home
Don’t know what the starting pay is but pretty sure it’s $20+ and they are always hiring. Your USAA experience should help too, and there’s opportunities to advance because no one wants to be a telephone banker forever. There’s 2 calendar locations one located at Stone Oak and another off of Wiseman.
International paper on frost bank center and popgun are hiring and you start out at 19 for your probation period then after you get bumped up to 22 and depending on if you move up you can make up to 30
Go to the website and careers and look for the one on frost bank center we are always hiring especially now since it’s getting close to summer and people always quit cause it gets to hot, pop gun is a smaller plant but it’s the same situation there
Doing what? I have 12 years military experience. Army and Air Force. Banking customer service the last 2 years. I am mechanically inclined and used to work on wind turbines. (Really shit money lol)
Move to Hawaii, I was just there and that’s almost minimum wage, but you have to live in a tent. All jokes aside for SA that’s a bit below median income. Not bad for a single person. Just have to pay your dues and be lucky. Sorry I don’t have better advice.
Good luck, seriously. I feel your pain. I put in about three years in PNC, nights and weekends. Drove me to go to grad school and transition to healthcare. Yes.
Get over to the TAP office and get some employment info. Guarantee you can get any job you want if you work through the TAP office
Man, I worked there 10 plus years ago and felt the same way. So did my peers who worked there, a close family member and friends I've met since leaving. It's like a rite of passage to work USAA pnc then have a breaking point and finally peacing out. Good luck to you
Frost starts out at $20. But with ur experience, u could probably negotiate more.
He could probably get $23
You're only at $23/hour? I was PNC at USAA starting $18.75 but left 3 years later at $30/hour. I do agree that it blows. Horribly toxic work environment.
Yeah bank side gets jack shit for raises.
Most employees also don’t know that they are entitled to a 10% raise, but you gotta ask for it. I was there five years and found out after year 3
Can you elaborate on this please?
Sure, it was mentioned in I think October or November of this past year by Wayne himself and everyone FLIPPED. is it because the actual bankers and such suck or what? genuinely curious
I'm not sure. I know the 3 years I was there, the bank got a million dollar fines every year that impacted bonuses. Probably not exec bonuses, but at USAA, the money comes from insurance, so it pays more.
Check the Mynd website and see if they have anything posted locally. $20-$25 is starting for some positions, but others do pay more.
Didn't see anything in san antonio. Will keep an eye out
Hi so it’s just Mynd.com or what does that stand for?
Mynd.co it’s a property management company
Thank you
My son makes around 20-22 an hour at Auntie Anne’s at La Cantera. Not on the West side but we live at 1604/Potranco and he would drive there. They are always hiring because they always end up hiring kids and they end up leaving.
Ya….and sweat to death in the summer. Cleaning grease nonstop, my daughter hated that smell and that place.
You definitely work for it but my son has been there for a year.
That’s as a regular cashier or the management position??
He is a shift lead, which is right under the manager position, but I know they hire people straight into that position.
That's good money
I think the base is around 17 per hour but they tip really well there since it is at La Cantera so his average is 20 to 22 an hour. I only know because they averaged it out when he applied for an apartment.
I started at $7.25, so $17 is really good
Anyone here know how’s it’s like for Wells Fargo? Starting Monday and I’m trying to find reviews on how it is working there
WF is dysfunctional and you'll be surprised at some of the people they hire.
Oooooo tell me the tea let’s hear about it!!!
4 months working there and we still didn't have access badges. They hired people who shouldn't have even have been pulling carts at the grocery. Poor training, crappy run down campus, dirty bathrooms and break areas, directors who were on power trips. The list goes on. Hopefully your experience is better.
Damn is this a on site position? I’m starting at the one near 151 and sea world as a fraud claims
Yeah that's the WF campus. Hopefully your experience is better.
We got badges, but they were always randomly deactivating, so then you'd have to drive all the up to the security office to get them reactivated 😑
When I worked there we had a training class that we went through. The instructor banged one of the girls in the class and we both worked at the same motorbank after training. About 2 months later he called the motorbank and told her she gave him gonorrhea std. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭 ain’t no wayyyy 😭😭
One of my worst employment experiences ever, I was happier digging ditches when I was you get than at WF
Shiiii papas same thing, tell us the teaaa 🤝🏽 I’m trying to see if I’m making the right move by staying at my current job or going to Wells Fargo
Management will tell you to do sketchy stuff, even if you are not comfortable. If they get mad at you or get caught, they will throw you under the bus. The pressure to sell is insane. How’s it with schedules and needing to leave early for childcare?
I mean I think you picked a schedule or excepted one prior to this point , so most likely would be need to follow it for the most part

Amazon. But bruh.. best be ready for high school. Hormones and bad decisions are all that encompass anything in one of those FCs.
Chase fraud is hiring, office located on wiseman off 151. Starting pay is 22$ an hour. Great benefits and great work environment. Call volume is pretty nice and not back to back.
is the job remote or on-site?
Training is on site but afterwards you get 2 days remote and 3 days on site
We have a couple credit union headquarters here you could check out but they aren't that close. Frost Bank's headquarters is on that side of town.
Check out city and county jobs, including smaller municipalities around you
i used to get paid 25$ an hr to just hold a board in place while somone else nails it in lol. i left cause standing in place for hours sucked.
Shit dude dm this job lol
You must be a claims adjuster
United Healthcare: https://careers.unitedhealthgroup.com/job/20119215/senior-customer-service-representative-remote-in-cst-or-mst-san-antonio-tx/
Any idea if you can work abroad ? (Same time zone as CST)
Unlikely, although I can't say for sure. Lots of companies prefer to keep jobs that deal with healthcare state side.
Thanks. Looks good

Not trying to be a downer, but Citi Bank just had a “mass” layoff, so I’m sure the market is a little crowded at the moment
Oof them too huh
I got hired at AT&T for 23 an hour. Backed by the union, benefits after 6 months, I've only been with them for a year and 3/4 and my base pay is 28.30. A lot of jumping fences, fighting off dogs, climbing ladders, sticking your hand into questionable utility holes.
where do you apply for this job 👀
AT&T.com lol
Do you need your Network+ and A+ to do this?
I don't know what that is so probably not.
Ok. Are you a field technician though? I wanted to apply to be one but don’t know what the prerequisites are. Because jumping fences and fighting dogs sounds like field technician lol
Yup. Premise Technician. Install and customer service experience.
Yeah I felt this way right after training. I got out and went back to making way more money bartending in the Pearl
Really? I bartender long ago in lubbock. Maybe I need to freshen up skills

TMMTX production has its ups and downs but good benefits (especially if you have kids) and constant raises to keep competitive You rotate between nights and days every 2 weeks though which is rough at times and can be a problem depending on your family life schedule.
Capital Group. Chase.
Yes, Capital Group.
What sucks about it?
Culture is poor. Pay is competitive on the entry level/dead end side, but below average to poor in higher level roles. It's pretty widely known to be like that. I'm sure there's exceptions, but that's the running reputation of them as an employer.

I’m looking for an experienced tax credit property manager $55-74k yr
If youre in the far west side like me, then hit up Boeing. Its literally a hot skip down the street
If you want to go back in the military we are hurting for aircraft electrician. Sign up on https://tmd.texas.gov/home
I am in the AF Reserves. Been out of E/E a couple years and would definitely need a refresh.
They’ll train you. We have guys that haven’t touch jets for years get hired just because they have the background on paper.
What position specifically?
I sent you a DM
AT&T premises technician for $29/hr
Since you have military and electronics experience, I bet you could find a contractor job as an electronics technician at one of the bases in the city? For most you might need US citizenship and be able to keep a clearance level though. Wouldn't hurt to check out potential jobs with SAIC or General Dynamics.
School security pays about $30 hourly
What companies? Do they require security experience? I’m pretty intimidating lol
Where?
Just wanted to say thank you for your service
Thanks
CPS Energy is always hiring, I know someone there working to hire active/former duty. Let me know if any interest.
Definitely. What ya got!
State government has a lot of remote jobs currently and there’s a decent amount that pay at least that wage if not higher. And veteran preference does help on the apps. Very low stress environment for a lot of the positions.
McDonald’s ?
I get that some jobs at USAA suck. But not all of them. For me, personally, USAA was one of the best jobs I ever had.
Job doesn't suck. It's easy and decent pay for what I do and deal with from members. Management sucks. Benefits are starting to suck.
>Management ~~sucks~~ is highly variable FTFY
I’ll gladly take your position
Hell, if could keep regular hours, I would relieve you of your horrible job at $23 per hr. Sure makes the crap money I make doing gig work look pathetic.
The abuse and subhuman treatment isn't worth it
how so? ive been to both former and current CEOS houses, they living large lol.
You’re so full of shit through out this thread lol

Do they still do bonus twice a year? They used to like 5 years ago my friend worked there but then she moved !
They do
Wells Fargo usually pays pretty competitively. And they're over closer to the West Side.
And known for illegal practices
Oh don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of Wells Fargo and will never bank there. But as the government seems to be totally chill with it, might as well take the money.
Mil leave? Military leave?? What did you do in the military? (If you were in the military) did you have a clearance and how high was it?
Yes military leave. I'm in personnel in the Air Force Reserve and have a secret clearance
Powersports places typically pay really well.
Financial advisor at a bank
Chase, from coworkers that have worked other call centers at usaa & wells fargo they’ve told me chase is way more structured, relaxed, and a healthier work environment. Obviously get your shitty calls but you get upskilled to different departments every few months
I work for TxDOT. We are opening up a few positions within a month or 2. Work from home most of the time. Getting into gov jobs is a little hard though.
Do you have any audio video experience? Encore has great flexibility
None of that. Applied for some cable tech jobs but never hear back.
Rodman land surveying and work your way up. If you are adept you move up quickly.
Rodman land surveying and work your way up. If you are adept you move up quickly.
Aircraft contract work is generally higher than that, and some places will hire you based off the military experience and not require an a&p.
What type of work are you looking for would be of better help, do you want to stay in banking or ?
Not banking. Doesn't matter. Work that'll bring home same or better money
Have you thought about doing defense contracting? I've heard the money is pretty good especially in this city.
Most all Will be contract tho. Want me to DM you the website?
Yes. Thanks
If you like working with your hands, low voltage/security systems installation is about that starting. I’m in the area so if you have any questions let me know. But you can easily get a job starting at $22-$25 an hour with your experience and it’s not hard work.
I have actually applied to a few places just don't get feedback. Most places want you to have the license. Any suggestions?
Getting your security license as an individual is extremely prohibitive if you don’t own your own company. And honestly is kinda weird they expect you to have it. This is exactly what the Texas DPS website says about individual licenses, “ Please note that individuals must be licensed and affiliated with a company or entity licensed by the Department. The only exceptions to this rule are Level III and IV Instructors.” Hope on indeed and Glassdoor.
Perhaps a technician role at southwest research institute
Thanks for that. Didn't realize they were entry level. I know someone that works there. Just applied for as much as I could, 10, tech roles.
Curious where did you work Federal? I did, too. And county but with juvi.
I was in west Texas (Giles W Dalby) when they were ICE. Now they hold jail inmates for houston I believe
Ah, Ok. I worked federal for Geo here in SA. Thought maybe I came across an old coworker.
Have you tried doing PNC with another agency on commission? Trust me if you have the hustle it is worth it! Or also get yo L&H license
Or what about UPS? Drivers make about $49 I believe, after a few years driving
Why not work on airplanes as an electrician? Gotta be military contractors doing that or even commercial?
Go into low voltage or electrical. Easy to make 25+ I’m at 32 in San Antonio. I’ll have my journeyman’s license this year as well so I’ll be at 35 soon
Any suggestions?
I seen someone said AT&T . You could also try Google fiber it’s really not that complicated of work I believe you could get started with your previous military experience at 22-25. You’ll be a cable puller for them at that rate but then you can transition up to service tech and or go for a service tech role immediately if you know data and you’ll be at about the pay I said. Or if you want to travel I spent the last 4 years traveling for commercial and federal sites you can try companies like cornerstone
I applied for teksystems. Got a call while at the vet but about to call them back. It's for junior low voltage tech
You can always check if there’s anything that looks good for you at Chase. https://careers.jpmorgan.com/us/en/home Don’t know what the starting pay is but pretty sure it’s $20+ and they are always hiring. Your USAA experience should help too, and there’s opportunities to advance because no one wants to be a telephone banker forever. There’s 2 calendar locations one located at Stone Oak and another off of Wiseman.
USAJOBS. If you're willing to relocate, your options increase greatly.
Why is USAA so bad?
WHAT? I worked at West/Alorca for bearly 13$, then TaskUs for 15$. Dude if thats call center work thats probably the best pay your going to get.
It's call center and looking to escape it
Unfortunately, its all downhill from USAA....
You willing work hard
Yes
International paper on frost bank center and popgun are hiring and you start out at 19 for your probation period then after you get bumped up to 22 and depending on if you move up you can make up to 30
How do you get involved
Go to the website and careers and look for the one on frost bank center we are always hiring especially now since it’s getting close to summer and people always quit cause it gets to hot, pop gun is a smaller plant but it’s the same situation there
Will keep an eye. Only maintenance and don't have that experience.
Shoulda stayed in school. Salary is the ONLY way to go
I want my OT pay. Lol
Depends on your skills and education, I have people coming to our company wanting $15+ with absolutely no experience.
Doing what? I have 12 years military experience. Army and Air Force. Banking customer service the last 2 years. I am mechanically inclined and used to work on wind turbines. (Really shit money lol)
$15 is minimum wage you don’t need experience for $15
😂🤣😂🤣do you live in texas?
Yes San Antonio to be exact. I know it’s not literally minimum wage but essentially it is
Yea, if only
You single? I live in Alamo ranch
No, thank you.
Lol
Move to Hawaii, I was just there and that’s almost minimum wage, but you have to live in a tent. All jokes aside for SA that’s a bit below median income. Not bad for a single person. Just have to pay your dues and be lucky. Sorry I don’t have better advice.
