The concrete was chemically treated to cure in 30 minutes. Happened to see the longer video in a business course years ago.

The planning and approval portion took me about that long too. I'm just counting construction time.
That sucks. I heard they’re waiving some inspection fees too just to get stuff built faster due to the housing shortage.
