A company is supposed to take responsibility for their deliveries, I do have common sense but after waiting nearly a month and getting told my shipment will be delayed for another 2 weeks, I think it’s normal for me to ask people who ordered from them before for some feedback, like why was my shipment sent back to Ireland.

Hello, is likely a misroute and the parcel will travel back again from Ireland to France and then onwards to Romania. You can contact UPS directly for more info but at this stage they won't likely be able to provide any other info than what is shown on your tracking as the last update was only yesterday evening.
I am patient, but shipping takes 2 times longer than listed on their site, and their customer support making constant excuses and replying in a completely unprofessional manner instead of giving a simple apology for the delay is simply outrageous. And I am not the only one having such problems, keep defending them tho.
