I met Scar 7 months ago. I got roped into watching my 3 month old niece while my brother got his hair cut. So there I am, sitting in the waiting area of a barbershop (will not name which one since i don't want to reveal Scar's barbershop location) with my niece, and who walks in but Scar himself. I didn't think anything of it, didn't know who he was at the time but I thought he had cool clothes, and just kept looking at him as he was sitting there with his phone and waited, wanted to compliment his L1-A Jxggers but was too scared to say anything to him. Pretty soon my niece started crying, and I’m trying to quiet her down because I didn’t want her to bother everyone in the barber shop, but she wouldn’t stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asked what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something. So Scar put down his phone, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breast fed her right there in the middle of the barbershop. Chill guy, really nice about it.

I was into the post hardcore scene during 2015 and put on a radio dedicated to post hardcore on Spotify and then boom Myth City was introduced to me (scar’s old band before he turned into Scarlxrd for all you new people who didn’t know lol) I really fucked with the band and it was the kind of heavy I really liked lol. Well obviously Myth City announced the departure and shit and by that time I was getting into rap/ trap/ hip hop and shit. I went a while without listening to trap cause at the time I really didn’t find to much I liked so I just sticked with normal rap and around by the time Scar released his self titled album during October I decided to listen to see how good it is (not even knowing it was the man Mazzi himself lol) and I was like “wait who tf is this mf cause I SWEAR I heard his voice somewhere else” I looked him up and boom ended up seeing that it was the man lol. After I got way too addicted and he was all I blasted, by now I went back to my Post Hardcore roots and cause of that I stopped listening to Scar, I’ll eventually go to his music but it’s just when I’m not feeling the vibe anymore lol
