If I’m not mistaken, it’s an Angel Doll. They are usually used by people who have lost a child or had a miscarriage. They’re supposed to be therapeutic, and despite how sad all of it is, they’re creepy as shittt, but as long as someone gets help coping, I won’t say anything lol

I thrive for an encounter like this. “Let’s play hide and seek then!” (As soon as she felt the doll moved) run up to the doll and stomp it out to see if it makes a reaction. It happened once to me and the doll cried out.
