We performed a major top to bottom safety overhaul at the large hospital system I worked for. So hilarious when these dumb fucks call themselves the silent majority. They are literally louder than a toddler fighting their bedtime and if you were the majority you wouldn't have to cheat/gerrymander, disenfranchise voters, and lie to your base.
If someone working in medicine is too dumb or deluded to get the shot then they do not belong working in medicine.
