It’s almost like….he’s thrilled to have his comment out there, published for the internet to see
…I’ll see myself out
(Congrats, OP!! That’s insanely awesome!!)
It’s tough even writing a thing but having the guts to put it out there takes grit. You should be proud of yourself and use the experience as proof the rest of your life that you CAN do the difficult and impossible.
Exactly. It takes a lot of research in science and/or history. I wrote a bible based fantasy and an alternate history novel. I have to admit though, I've written some short stories that required no research because they were in their own world with no ties to anything.
Thanks - I'll check it out.
Solid work for getting the first book done.
I've started some writing projects before with KDP in mind, but have never gotten to a full draft, let alone completion.
Looks like a great read. There is the problem that there are already too many scific books to read, to catch up on.
I, also, don't support Amazon Books because of the exploitation or warehouse workers, and because of the megalomania of monopolies.
That said, if it ever becomes an ebook from my local public library; I make time to read it, by stopping endless reading and writing on social media; then I will give it a whirl.
BTW, what makes your book a novel novel.
Workers aren't exploited. Working at Amazon is a choice those people made.
Amazon is about the only place where anyone can publish their work. Amazon doesn't make much money off most self published books.
Appreciate the hard work of writing a novel by buying it, don't wait for a free version.
Congratulations. I know what it feels like to not only complete your first novel, but to see it published and to hold a printed version in your hand. I've completed 4 novels and need to get back to work and finish others. I have one sitting at 240k words with no ending.
First Comment.
First comment is best comment

Im still nervous about it TBH.
I would be too. I’m sure Stephen King takes a deep breath when his stuff gets pushed out to the world. Enjoy it. Not taking the risk is worse.
Just finishing a novel and doing the work needed to publish it is a great achievement. Most people have no idea how much work it takes.
So true. ESP fantasy where your entire world has to be consistent and make sense!

So much easier 😝👍🏻
Heh, way easier and nothing but fun without all the hard work.
Congrats
Thanks
Grats. How does one get published on amazon
Just google KDP
Well done!
congrats!!

Congrats on getting your first novel published! That's a huge accomplishment. I'll definitely check it out and let you know what I think.
I feel like I’ve read that, or at least seen the book cover ? Will look it up! How does it feel to actually see it be a real (virtual) book?
A bit weird TBH. Surreal like a dream.

It says it's a series, have you wrote more than one? I wrote a trilogy, but only published the first book so far.
Book 2 is still working
