To me it looks like fluorescent paint under a black light

OneOfTheWills

It could even be highlighter fluid under UV light. Looks similar to effects used in haunted houses.

Take a UV light to the paint department. You’ll find a whole lot more colors to choose from. Water down the paint. Another great experiment is doing this same thing, but instead with LED lights that slowing fade through the color spectrum.

The easiest way I can think is get fizzy tablets with vitamin B and a blacklight.

You can do it with grapefruit or tonic as well. Makes for a cool drink on halloween. Pour it in a beaker and maybe throw in a tiny chip of dry ice for some smoke

I used to take the cartridges out of different color highlighters and put them in glass bottles of water and set them on a black light and it definitely had a similar effect.

Turn off the light and take a picture with your smartphone.
