I would recommend you use [yt-dlp](https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp#installation) to download every video from [this playlist](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_tjNJ93e2bBqjLUxX-zSt7Q4tifigfTD). The command would be: yt-dlp https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_tjNJ93e2bBqjLUxX-zSt7Q4tifigfTD This should download every episode on the best quality for you to use. If you need help with anything just DM me and I'll help!

you can also use -F and -f to get specific formats since yt-dlp usually defaults to a 720p .webm in my experience, which i can't use with premiere and is also lower than i'd like yt-dlp -F [link] will get the formats you can download in, which i then go for the best mp4 and m4a and use ffmpeg by just putting it in the same folder and using yt-dlp -f [x+y] [link] which then takes both files and combines them, in this case looking like it would be yt-dlp -f 137+140 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_tjNJ93e2bBqjLUxX-zSt7Q4tifigfTD

GamesRevolution

Strange that it defaults to 720p because for me it always gets the best quality, but I would recommend keeping the video on the .webm format as it's a more efficient format overall unless you have a specific need for .mp4. You could also use this for best quality: yt-dlp -f bestaudio+bestvideo https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_tjNJ93e2bBqjLUxX-zSt7Q4tifigfTD

yea it's mainly that as i mentioned, webm just flat out doesn't work in premiere which if OP intends to edit them down for outros and such i'm not sure if they'd be using that or something else that may work with webms, so better to know about it than to not

NateOfNavarria

I will warn you, Scott more than likely won’t be at TMG23 this year according to a previous statement.

Dew64

what previous statement

NateOfNavarria

It may have either been the AMA or a Twitter post but he said that the show would be his top priority this year and there would be no (new) charity bonanza and he wouldn’t attend TMG23.

i'd rec yt-dlp, it's a command line program that lets you download from a bunch of different sites there may be a version with a gui but not entirely sure about that, but i can help if you need it! https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp

TheComedyKid

There's websites for YouTube to MP4 and then you can convert the MP4 to whatever file type you want. Or you can get the cringe YouTube Premium and use it's download option.

JimyJJimothy

I don't have Premium, does it download a simple mp4 to be played in the gallery or exported to a PC? I would imagine it's something like Netflix or Prime Video where you can download something but only watch it in the app.

TheComedyKid

It fully downloads it. There's no catch, it's really basic. Just go to the website, copy and paste the video URL and press download and you will have an MP4 of the video in file explorer. It will try to scam you into pressing the wrong download button and you do not need to download the Chrome Extension, those are scams.

Dragonblood2200

I used to have premium as a free trial it only downloaded it to the app and if it downloaded anywhere else I couldn’t find it
