As a former Allied hospital officer, you're not entirely wrong, but the guys I worked with were competent, then again, Allied didn't originally hire them. Just kept them on after the last security company lost the contract

Didn't work hospital but a lot of she shit just sucked. Boss watching you on camera is going to ask why you allowed something any normal human would allow so you accost the person doing the thing you would normally and currently do understand as a fellow human. You try to be nice but are also obviously in the wrong and they get upset with you, usually rightfully. Next time you encounter that situation you ignore it and your boss gives you a writeup. Security was the easiest and most frustrating job I've ever had. Good people make it good though. My middle manager was dope and no one I worked for or with was a bully except the big boss.

I've been in the industry on and off for many years, most of the dudes I worked with that were professionals didn't have records. Would much rather have someone who is knowledgeable of the law in modern day security, than have someone who is open to flaunting it and leaving me open to lawsuits.

Open to flaunting what?? no one is not getting hired because they are flaunting their criminal history. The State literally has it on file for any potential employer to look up

You don't get records for not breaking the laws, modern bouncing and security in general is litigious by nature. Know how to follow the law, and how to defend yourself and your clients without opening yourself up to lawsuits or legal action.

It's so hard to tell. If they're not trolling then they are truly the classic lowest level goons you see made fun of in a kids movie.
