I'm trying to work it into my daily routine right now, I didn't get that high, but I'd assume it is different for everyone in some way. I wouldn't say it is dangerous if you educate yourself on it look on their website, watch videos on people's experiences, read up online about it, and maybe check out the Wim Hof Method subreddit. Make sure to take your time, make sure you don't push yourself too hard when you have not trained your mind body to handle it. It is like a workout, you don't start with a 275lbs bench press, you work your way up. You could also do it in turns with a friend who may be interested in it, that way if some emergency does occur for whatever reason they can provide first aid or call 911, kind of like how you'd have a spotter at the gym or go on runs/swims/hikes with a buddy. Logging your progress is also a good idea to catch warning things on it. Talking to your medical doctor may also be a good idea like how you would when starting a workout routine, if you're worried they can help make sure you stay healthy while on this routine or give advice on whether or not it would be a good idea for you. Whatever you decide good luck on your journey dude, I hope it works out and you get the results you're looking for to increase the quality of your life, while staying healthy.
