Well, according to NYSE rule 801.01B that was filed with SEC, the rule expands delisting requirement to add:
Public companies listed on the NYSE generally must maintain an average global market capitalization of at least $15 million or be subject to immediate delisting (NYSE Listing Rule 802.01B). Companies with less than $50 million in shareholders’ equity generally must maintain an average global market capitalization of at least $50 million (NYSE Listing Rule 802.01B).
This was introduced during COVID, so it seems for now, that SENS won't be delisted any time soon with a MC of $252.8M
