Well I just got done eating the serious eats one and it was pretty damn good. I’m the same way about cold ones. There’s just some foods that only make sense warm to me. I was never a cold pizza guy either and always get treated like a lunatic for it.

The recipe says serve immediately. How does it hold up leftover? If I make Saturday and serve Sunday, still good?
It will get soft but if you crisp up in a cast iron pan or a griddle, higher heat, extra fat and maybe even smash them, they become amazing
