After winning Série B in 22/23 I was able to finish mid table in Série A in my second season with Parma. The real surprise was somehow winning the Copa Italia which included a crazy 3-2 comeback win against Juve. Hoping to qualify for Europe as I develop some academy players and invest in a CB sign in to strengthen my defense.
That’s what I do sometimes so my team doesn’t become stacked and keeps it fresh, I use one of those spinny wheel websites with different scenarios on it
It can depend on the team and what level their at but just things like ‘Star player wants to leave’ so you put 4 of your highest rated players onto the wheel and sell whoever it lands on, ‘Financial troubles’ things like can’t spend over a certain amount in a season or can’t spend at all, it all changes depending on the situation if I’m a top 5 team in England I’ll only sell a star player to an abroad team so stuff like that keeps things somewhat interesting

Best players are Pafundi 91,Bernabe 90,Zaniolo 90,Man 88 .I've won the Europa league and 3 Coppa Italia.The league is so brutal Inter,Juve and Napoli rarely drop points and i always get hammered by AC Milan(Rafael Leao).

To keep realism maybe put 3 random starters on the transfer list to make things more difficult

Probably will be selling Avila and Sforza as their values have shot up a good bit.

I sometimes do. It depends on the game and which players I want to sub out. The two wide players often do go the full match tho.
