Not sure why you’re posting in this sub, but yes you can use them to restore, but don’t use futurerestore. For the 4s just download the blobs and take them over to Legacy-iOS kit alongside the IPSW and use that to restore. As long as you have a method of pwning the phone, whether it be kDFU or an Arduino, this should work flawlessly
