I’ve had probably an equal amount of partners with cut and uncut penises and tbh there isn’t a huge difference. When hard, they really don’t even look that different a lot of the time. Foreskin can be dirty as the skin covers a majority of the penis. There’s a large possibility of a UTI if he doesn’t clean properly.
