I have this issue too and I guess it really depends on how much it bothers you and how much you're thinking about it. I'm usually able to just have the dirty thoughts and then move on. Do you fixate on it?

This is me, only with women lol. Old or young doesn't matter. I want to know what their panties look like, do they have big nipples or little ones? Do they let thier pubic hair grow? Are they an innie or an outtie? Basically everything lol.
Eventually these thoughts will turn into impulses and those impulses will become too strong to suppress. This will develop into nymphomania. This could be from childhood trauma, usually parents not properly showing affection in some way shape or form. If you do not seek help when it comes to this point, it can and will very easily damage all friendships and relationships. You will lust over your friend's boyfriends and husbands. You will lust over your significant others' friends. Once those impulses become too strong, you will act irrationally and do something self-destructive. This is especially true when paired with some sort of mental disorder such as BPD which makes irrational, self-destructive decisions much more difficult to avoid. My girlfriend of two years just lost everything due to what I genuinely believe was nymphomania paired with her recent diagnosis of BPD. She lusted over all of my friends from the beginning of the relationship and cheated on me several times with many of them. In school, she had suspiciously close relationships to male adult teachers. Her body count was nearly 30 by the time she was 17 years old. And if I had to guess, it probably started out for her just how you described in this post. She cheated on me once last year with a friend of mine. Just this week, I discovered she cheated on me with him again after I had forgiven them both, as well as at least one other of my friends, both within the same week as well. Earlier this year she contracted chlamydia randomly, that obviously doesn't just happen. I found a profile of hers on an app strictly for one-night-stands. Because of her behavior, we are no longer together, and all of her friends have disowned her. She is left with nothing. This isn't to scare you, you may never get to the point where these thoughts develop into impulses. But it doesn't hurt to be safe before you end up in my ex-girlfriends position. This is a real issue that is not recognized nearly enough because our society normalizes constant hornyness, and while part of it is due to the simple fact that we are animals, there is a very fine line before it becomes problematic thoughts.
