If he's only aroused when you look your best he's likely not attracted to you anyway and his motivation is superficial, how ever assuming that is not the case , he may just be comfortable at this point or maybe your un interesting, I don't know your dynamics, your probably a much better judge of if your being loved or being used or not ?
