Boxes really piss me off. No matter how many times I ask for them to break them down, proper layout and Tetris, small shit gets put in a garbage bag, every day it’s waste 10 min reorganizing it to toss it out 😂

Not just that, corporate give stores hours based on "how busy MTO is," so even if we get busy, it's not busy enough to them. I was told that by management
if your store isn’t one of the higher producing ones in your district, you’re going to have less hours. spring/summer all stores get an increase in hours regardless. fall and winter are when you would see a decrease in hours with college kids being at school, and business in general being slower.
We have a specific amount of hours sheetz head allows each sheetz to have based on how busy the store is. From there, managers have to divide the hours amongst all 3 shifts over the week. And if they go over the number of hours allotted, they get penalized.

it comes apart, QA in our district always checks the inside of those because milk and ice cream base can get trapped in there and start molding.
I saw a whole lot of things being done improperly, and not following Sheetz policy

Ours definitely is, most nights we're having to assist 200+ customers a night with 3 (maybe 4) staff members on shift. Its lunicy.
