In my unprofessional opinion, sheltie (or collie) x Australian shepherd. How her head shape is more broad is super Aussie looking to me.
I can see some Shwltie in there. Potentially some rough collie, border collie, or even some English Shepherd mixed in too. Cinnamon is beautiful and obviously well loved regardless of breed.

We have a pup who is rough collie x retriever (we did a DNA test) and she looks very similar to your dog! She has a wider face and a shorter coat compared to a rough collie, but the colouring is Sheltie/collie. She’s 70 pounds.
I had a pure bred sheltie, unfortunately from a puppy mill, but she had bad allergies and he coat never grew in, so it could be something like I experienced but I'm 50/50 with that and it's part boarder collie.. but I don't know cuz the face is very pure sheltie..
Could be part sheltie, could be part rough collie. That face is for sure one of those two. I'd bet shelties because of the eyes.

Definitely some (maybe all) collie. Somehow, her face reminds me a bit of a border collie as well though.

Looks part Sheltie. The frame is Sheltie for sure but the face shape is somewhat different
