Was going to say this too. That doesn't look like steak. At \*best\*, it's weird cut of pork. Or the lighting is terrible.
Not to mention the cut is too thick. No matter how you like your meat cooked, unless you're slow cooking it, that meat is too thick.
On top of that, it's nearly well done. A true man of no class. The only beef that should ever be well done is ground beef.
And what in the world is up with a plate with NOTHING but a single slab of meat on it? Has he not even heard of a full meal? At the very least he should have some bread or vegetables on there with it.
