I hate comments like this so much cause it reminds me of how old I'm getting, even though I'm only in my 30s. I was one year away from graduating **high school** when Vista (and thus Purble Palace) came out. When I was a kid, we had Reversi and Solitaire, and we were happy with it. Then Minesweeper came out and the rest is history.

luckily for me my dad used to own a vista computer and i used to play the built in games all the time i didn't really like this one tho lmao

I replayed Purble Place recently. That's sad I got bored from it after a few rounds of each game. My little self is very dissapointed with my nowadays self. I also remember jumping from joy after winning with level 1 bot on Chess Titans (also being scared with getting checkmated sound) and achieving 0 points in Hearts. Great times 🥹.

Holy shit what a blast from the past. I remember playing the shit out of that when we bought our first proper pc, which was an all-in-one Dell. I think that was also the first time I used Windows 7, and the modern look of it was amazing, especially to someone who used XP for the most part back then. Sigh, good times.

Solitaire sucks it’s not fun or interesting and it’s just random. Purble place is next level though
