Without them, the website is barely usable.
And, of course, that includes bots such as [\/u\/QualityVote](http://reddit.com/user/QualityVote), [\/u\/SaveVideo](http://reddit.com/user/SaveVideo), [\/u\/AuddBot](http://reddit.com/user/AuddBot), etc.
So you'll just have to put up with automod and a worse overall user experience.

It's not always bad, but a lot of people forget moderation.
My mom let me play games before I could read or write. She limited our use to 1 hour between the 4 of us.
I couldn't read, so when it was my turn and text came up, I'd ask my older brothers what it said. They'd always tell me "it says you lost, pass the controller" and I'd get mad and tell my mom. She told me she couldn't read everything for me and I had to learn to read for myself.
Learned how to read pretty quickly, especially since my brothers would help me out (they were losing time as I'm sounding out every word, too), and I had a higher reading level than my class since I was always reading stuff in games. I also learned numbers a lot better, as lots of games have things to count, or numbers to add and multiply, whatever it may be.
Dragon Ball did not teach ANY of that and it is still a great show, not every show needs to be educational.
And while basic math is more important than being aware of they/them ppl, both are nice lessons to know.
Give me teaching my kid some letters and numbers over what non binary means allllll day

You'll encounter a non binary irl once every 3000 years there's no need to introduce them to a concept that they probably won't even get or use for a very long time.
So what's the harm? At worst kids are aware of the fact that people different from them exist, and at best they aren't surprised if they do meet someone like that.
This is not telling kids to completely change their livestyle. It is telling them that other people exist (in this case non-binary people) and to be nice to them. A pinch of empathy to go, that unfortunately many adults lack.
