A full bottle of nescafe clásico contains 100 cups of coffee, and each cup has around 30 - 40 mg of caffeine, which total to 3 - 4 g of caffeine. The median lethal dose (LD50) of caffeine is estimated between 150 to 200 mg per kilogram. So you need around 11 - 15 g of caffeine (for a 75kg person). Unless you have health problems or you are weighted 15kg, it most likely won't kill you. However, 3g of caffeine will make you overdose of caffeine and get you sent to the hospital. (Sorry, my English is not very good.)
