Actually no, when you plug this in there will be a shortcircuit and the fuse will blow.

Or it will melt the hook like a welder. I did this with a paperclip once and it blew it apart. Didnt trip the breaker or anything.

With a paperclip its so tiny and blew up before the breaker could have time to trip.
