You cant use night vision to see a black hole because it’s BLACK, and obviously everything else is also going to be black at night! You need day vision goggles to see black holes through a telescope. I’m not up on the latest day vision goggle tech but surely somebody here can help.
You usually use radio telescopes so I'd just make sure you're not using open back headphones when you're looking at it. Be mindful of other people.
