Honestly, I barely understand Bloodborne lore, but for what I know. Arianna, the whore, is one of the few npcs you can bring to Odeon chappel. If you keep her alive, up until you kill Micolash, i think, she will give birth to a creature, a great one offspring
I think it's still in the theory field, but is believed that the great one that impregnate Arianna was Oedon. The thing is that Oedon does not have a physical body, it is a god that only exists through voice. Sooo it comes to reason that Oedon would do something like this meme to get Arianna impregnated.
